Welcome to my faculty website. My research interests lie in the areas of:

Career development of African Americans and STEM students

Validation of career measures for use with African American students

Mid-life career changes

Personality and diagnosis/treatment of psychological disorders

Intersectionality and identity development.
I also teach at the master's and doctoral level courses in areas of statistics/research methods, testing and assessment, career, and consultation/program evaluation.
